Hos Recover søger vi en teamleder til industriservice i Odense. Erfaring med metoder og procedurer inden for industrirengøring vil være en fordel, men ingen betingelse.

Så længe du har gåpåmod og interesse i arbejdet, skal vi nok lære dig det nødvendige.

Det vigtigste er at du er:

  • selvkørende og god til at planlægge din egen og dine medarbejderes arbejdsdag
  • serviceminded og i stand til at bevare overblikket i både hektiske og rolige perioder
  • klar til at udføre både praktisk og administrativt arbejde i en udfordrende hverdag.

Hertil er det vigtigt, at du har flair for at arbejde med diverse IT-systemer, da det vil blive en naturlig del af din hverdag – du kan altså let sætte dig ind i nye systemer og processer. I jobbet som formand skal du desuden kunne tale og skrive dansk, have kørekort til personbil (B) og være villig til at fremvise din straffeattest.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

Som teamleder for industriservice får du en fleksibel og spændende hverdag, hvor du arbejder ude hos kunderne. Du vil få ansvaret for:

  • At vurdere og planlægge industrirengøringsopgaver teknisk og praktisk
  • At udføre og lede industrirengøring, som kan omfatte
  • Rengøring af lejligheder og erhvervslokaler efter håndværkere
  • Rengøring af produktionslokaler
  • Rengøring efter olie- og kemikaliespild
  • Asbestsanering
  • Rengøring og lugtsanering i sociale lejligheder
  • Rengøring efter dødfundne
  • Rengøring og desinficering i sundhedssektoren
  • Rengøringsopgaver på skoler og kontorer, som ikke hører til den daglige rengøring.
