This is a leadership role where your experience and vision will directly shape the success of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement procedures to gather timely feedback from both staff and patients to refine clinical practices.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and retention of top clinical talent and ensure effective performance management.

Qualifications:

Competencies:

  • Leadership: Ability to articulate a vision that inspires others and develops talent.
  • Integrity: Uphold professional ethics, respecting the culture, beliefs, and values of individuals.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other health professionals and leaders across disciplines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
