Voor een toonaangevende speler in de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en enthousiaste collega die instaat voor de administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van klantendossiers. Jij zorgt er achter de schermen voor dat alles correct en tijdig in orde is, zodat klanten hun wagen vlot en zorgeloos kunnen ophalen.

  • Administratieve voorbereiding: Je zorgt ervoor dat het dossier van de klant volledig en correct in orde is vóór de klant zijn wagen komt ophalen bij Cardoen.
  • Documenten & contracten: Je maakt alle nodige documenten en administratieve stukken op en controleert deze op volledigheid en juistheid.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je verwerkt de nodige gegevens in de systemen en volgt elk dossier nauwgezet op tot aan de aflevering van de wagen.
  • Garantie & service: Je zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve informatie rond garantie, waarborg en het Touring-pakket correct wordt verwerkt.
  • Interne opvolging: Je stemt af met de verschillende interne diensten en zorgt ervoor dat alle nodige documenten en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de aflevering.
  • Backoffice ondersteuning: Je regelt de volledige administratieve voorbereiding achter de schermen, zodat de klant zijn wagen vlot en zonder administratieve zorgen kan ophalen.
  • Nauwkeurig & georganiseerd: Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers en documenten correct en volledig worden afgehandeld.
  • Sterke talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Stressbestendig: Ook tijdens drukke momenten behoud je het overzicht en werk je efficiënt en nauwkeurig verder.
  • Administratief & digitaal sterk: Je bent vlot met MS Office, waaronder Word, Excel en Outlook, en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Teamgericht: Je werkt graag samen met collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte interne opvolging en communicatie.
  • Affiniteit met automotive: De automotive sector spreekt je aan en je hebt interesse in auto's en alles wat bij een professionele aflevering komt kijken.
