Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou! Voor verschillende opdrachten en locaties zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde, gediplomeerde bewakingsagenten. Afhankelijk van jouw profiel, ervaring en interesses kan je aan de slag in uiteenlopende sectoren, waaronder de haven, retail, logistiek, industrie, evenementen, bedrijfsgebouwen en andere professionele omgevingen. Als bewakingsagent speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid van personen, gebouwen, goederen en installaties. Je werkt alert, professioneel en klantgericht en weet hoe je gepast moet reageren op uiteenlopende situaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Afhankelijk van de locatie en de opdracht bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

  • Toegangscontrole: Controleren van toegangen, bezoekers, leveranciers en medewerkers volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Camerabewaking: Opvolgen van camerabeelden en bewakingssystemen en alert reageren op verdachte situaties.
  • Preventie en toezicht: Uitvoeren van controlerondes en toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Incidentbeheer: Correct inschatten van situaties, gepast optreden binnen jouw bevoegdheden en incidenten registreren en rapporteren.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Opstellen van verslagen, bijhouden van logboeken en verwerken van relevante informatie.
  • Controle van veiligheidsvoorzieningen: Toezien op de werking en correcte toepassing van toegangscontrole, alarmsystemen en andere beveiligingsvoorzieningen.
  • Klantencontact: Op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier omgaan met medewerkers, bezoekers, leveranciers en klanten.

Afhankelijk van de sector kan je onder meer ingezet worden voor winkelbewaking, logistieke sites, industriële vestigingen, bedrijfsterreinen, evenementen of controlekamers.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent iemand die veiligheid ernstig neemt, graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt en ook in onverwachte situaties rustig en professioneel blijft.

Daarnaast beschik je over de volgende eigenschappen en competenties:

  • Je beschikt over de wettelijk vereiste opleiding en identificatiekaart om als bewakingsagent in België aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands. Kennis van andere talen, zoals Frans en Engels, is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met computers en administratieve toepassingen.
  • Je bent alert, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je handelt discreet, integer en klantgericht.
  • Je bent bereid om, afhankelijk van de opdracht, in shiften te werken, waaronder vroege, late, nacht- en weekenddiensten.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor verschillende werkomgevingen en takenpakketten.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur op een haalbare afstand van de werkplek of beschikt over een vlotte manier om je naar de verschillende locaties te verplaatsen.

Ervaring in bewaking, toegangscontrole, camerabewaking of veiligheidsbeheer is een pluspunt, maar de concrete vereisten zijn afhankelijk van de opdracht.
