Ben jij een ervaren Business Systems Analyst of Functional Consultant met een sterke kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? Voor een internationale industriële organisatie in Antwerpen zoeken we een ERP-specialist die bedrijfsprocessen analyseert, optimaliseert en vertaalt naar slimme oplossingen. Je focust op Finance en/of Supply Chain en werkt nauw samen met internationale stakeholders en IT-teams.

Als Business Systems Analyst maak je deel uit van het internationale ERP-team. Je vormt de schakel tussen de business en IT en zorgt ervoor dat Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central optimaal aansluit bij de behoeften van de organisatie. Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en vertaalt functionele behoeften naar concrete ERP-oplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt stakeholders binnen Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory en Operations.
  • Je voert fit-gapanalyses uit en optimaliseert bestaande processen binnen Business Central.
  • Je configureert en ondersteunt functionaliteiten binnen Finance en/of Supply Chain.
  • Je stelt functionele specificaties op en werkt samen met ontwikkelaars en internationale IT-teams.
  • Je coördineert testen, datamigraties, implementaties en go-liveactiviteiten.
  • Je onderzoekt incidenten en stelt structurele verbeteringen voor.
  • Je ondersteunt en traint eindgebruikers bij het efficiënt inzetten van Business Central.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als ERP Business Analyst of Functional Consultant.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar recente, hands-on ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Je hebt een sterke functionele kennis van Finance en/of Supply Chain binnen Business Central.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-implementaties, configuraties, procesoptimalisatie en functionele analyses.
  • Je kunt bedrijfsbehoeften vertalen naar heldere functionele specificaties.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, analytisch en communiceert vlot met zowel business stakeholders als technische teams.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een internationale of complexe bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans en Engels.

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring met zowel Finance- als Supply Chain-modules.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics NAV, naast recente Business Central-ervaring.
  • Ervaring met internationale ERP-omgevingen, meerdere vennootschappen en verschillende valuta.
  • Kennis van Franse btw-regelgeving en financiële lokalisaties.
  • Ervaring met Power BI, Power Platform, API's of ERP-integraties.
  • Achtergrond in productie, distributie of een industriële omgeving.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-certificering.
