Als Fraude Analist onderzoek je verdachte transacties, volg je dossiers op en spoor je mogelijke fraude op. Je analyseert informatie, neemt doordachte beslissingen en werkt in een 24/7-shiftensysteem.

Wat doe je?

  • Verdachte transacties en mogelijke fraudegevallen worden door jou nauwkeurig gemonitord, gedetecteerd en geanalyseerd.
  • Van melding tot afsluiting ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige dossieropvolging.
  • Op basis van je analyses stel je duidelijke rapporten op met je bevindingen en aanbevelingen.
  • Klanten houd je telefonisch en via e-mail op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun dossier.
  • Samen met het fraudedetectieteam en andere experten werk je aan een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Nieuwe fraudetrends en verdachte patronen volg je actief op en signaleer je waar nodig.
  • Bij elke behandeling werk je volgens de geldende compliance-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
  • Verschillende CRM-systemen gebruik je dagelijks voor de registratie en opvolging van dossiers.
  • Ook onder tijdsdruk behoud je het overzicht, stel je de juiste prioriteiten en respecteer je de vooropgestelde SLA's.
  • De functie bestaat uit ongeveer 60% administratieve opvolging en 40% analyse.

Wie ben je?

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Dankzij je ervaring in een administratieve of klantgerichte functie ben je vertrouwd met dossieropvolging.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken zit in je natuur, met steeds oog voor detail.
  • Prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren, ook wanneer meerdere dossiers tegelijk lopen, vormen voor jou geen uitdaging.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een digitale werkomgeving en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende systemen en tools.
  • Met vertrouwelijke informatie ga je discreet en verantwoordelijk om.
  • Klanten en collega's kunnen rekenen op een professionele, duidelijke en klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Ook onder druk blijf je rustig, denk je oplossingsgericht en houd je de focus op kwaliteit.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werk je efficiënt en neem je verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw motivatie, analytische ingesteldheid en leergierige attitude maken het verschil.
