Ben jij een Accountant die verder wil kijken dan de klassieke boekhouding? Wil je niet alleen cijfers verwerken, maar ook ontdekken hoe rapporteringen, automatisering en slimme processen het verschil kunnen maken? Voor een internationale organisatie in de regio Antwerpen zoeken we een Junior Accountant met interesse in data, digitalisering en procesverbetering. Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen richting controlling, Power BI, finance analytics of accounting automation.

Als Junior Accountant maak je deel uit van het accountingteam en combineer je dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden met verbeterprojecten.

  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse boekhouding en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële gegevens.
  • Je bereidt reconciliaties en controles voor, onderzoekt verschillen en volgt deze nauwkeurig op.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert Excel-rapporteringen en bouwt controles in om de betrouwbaarheid van financiële gegevens te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt mee aan dashboards en analyses in Power BI.
  • Je onderzoekt hoe repetitieve werkzaamheden eenvoudiger, efficiënter of geautomatiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen bestaande accountingprocessen.
  • Je neemt deel aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen Finance.

Jouw groeipad? Afhankelijk van je interesses en talenten kun je verder evolueren richting accounting & controlling, finance analytics, Power BI & reporting of finance process improvement.

We zoeken een nieuwsgierige en analytische accountant die graag initiatief neemt en verder wil groeien.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Bedrijfsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting, of over relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van accounting en interesse in btw.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel. Kennis van draaitabellen, XLOOKUP of Power Query is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt interesse in Power BI, automatisering en procesoptimalisatie. Ervaring hiermee is een pluspunt, geen vereiste.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is een sterke troef.
  • Je denkt logisch en analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en zoekt graag naar slimmere oplossingen.
  • Je leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en professioneel in het Engels.

Belangrijk: Je hoeft nog niet alles te kunnen. We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede accountingbasis, leergierigheid en de ambitie om mee te groeien met een modern Finance-team.
