Wij zijn een toonaangevende en groeiende speler in de Belgische automotive sector, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, innovatie en klantentevredenheid. Je komt terecht in een stabiele, familiale werkomgeving waar medewerkers kansen krijgen om zich verder te ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met de organisatie. Jij houdt ervan als alles gesmeerd loopt! Je plant en onthaalt klanten die in de garage komen voor onderhoud en/of herstellingen aan hun wagens.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens het volledige aftersalesproces
  • En begeleidt hen professioneel bij onderhoud en herstellingen aan hun wagen.
  • Je ontvangt klanten aan de receptie,
  • Behandelt telefonische aanvragen
  • En luistert aandachtig naar hun vragen en verwachtingen.
  • Je stelt de juiste vragen om een eerste diagnose te maken
  • En de omvang van de nodige werkzaamheden in te schatten.
  • Je maakt een efficiënte werkplaatsplanning op, rekening houdend met de afspraken met klanten, de capaciteit van de werkplaats, de beschikbaarheid van onderdelen en het vervangwagenpark.
  • Je houdt klanten tijdens het onderhoud of de herstelling op de hoogte van de uitgevoerde en eventueel bijkomende werkzaamheden.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve afhandeling van onderhouds- en herstellingsdossiers,
  • Inclusief een correcte facturatie en de opvolging van garantiedossiers.
  • Je overloopt de factuur samen met de klant bij de aflevering van de wagen
  • En zorgt voor een duidelijke toelichting.
  • Je waakt erover dat de vervangwagens proper, onbeschadigd en verkeersveilig zijn.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur één tot drie jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie waarin klantenservice centraal staat.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk
  • En streeft elke dag naar een uitstekende klantentevredenheid en duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • En hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief
  • En adviseert klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Je hebt interesse in autotechniek, automotive innovatie
  • En bent gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Om zowel Nederlandstalige als Franstalige klanten optimaal te begeleiden.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
