Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, productie en installatie van toegangssystemen. We werken internationaal voor particuliere en professionele klanten. Vanuit onze vestiging verzorgen we het volledige traject, van ontwerp en productie tot installatie en service. We bieden totaaloplossingen voor toegangsbeheer. Kwaliteit, innovatie en maatwerk staan centraal. Om onze groei verder te verstevigen, zoeken we een R&D Engineer - Productontwikkeling & Automatisering.

  • Als R&D Engineer sta je in voor de ontwikkeling, verbetering en technische onderbouwing van de producten en processen
  • Je combineert productontwikkeling en mechanisch ontwerp met elektromechanica en automatisering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, aankoop en sales
  • En krijgt de kans om ontwikkelings- en verbeterprojecten van idee tot realisatie te begeleiden.
  • Je ontwerpt en ontwikkelt nieuwe producten en productvarianten
  • En optimaliseert bestaande producten op vlak van kwaliteit, kostprijs, functionaliteit en produceerbaarheid.
  • Je werkt technische concepten uit en begeleidt deze tot de industriële implementatie.
  • Je maakt en actualiseert technische productdocumentatie
  • En ondersteunt de technische tekenaar bij het uitwerken van ontwerpen in SolidWorks.
  • Je voert productkeuringen uit
  • En verzorgt de bijhorende administratieve opvolging.
  • Je ontwikkelt en integreert elektromechanische oplossingen
  • En onderzoekt nieuwe automatiseringstechnieken.
  • Je denkt mee over de toepassing van sensoren, motoren, aandrijvingen en besturingssystemen
  • En ondersteunt de ontwikkeling en testing van prototypes.
  • Je analyseert mechanische constructies en voert kracht-, sterkte- en stabiliteitsberekeningen uit.
  • Je valideert ontwerpen via berekeningen, simulaties en testen
  • En ondersteunt bij certificeringen en conformiteit met geldende normen.
  • Je detecteert mogelijkheden om engineering-, productie- en administratieve processen te automatiseren en efficiënter te maken.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers en externe partners aan nieuwe componenten, technologieën en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Na een inwerkperiode beheer je zelfstandig ontwikkelings- en verbeterprojecten van A tot Z,
  • Waarbij je waakt over timing, budget en technische doelstellingen.
  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan interne afdelingen
  • En volgt nieuwe technologieën en ontwikkelingen binnen automatisering en elektromechanica op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in één van onderstaande richtingen;
  • Werktuigkunde, Elektromechanica, Productontwikkeling, Automatisering
  • Of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in productontwikkeling, engineering of automatisering is een pluspunt.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een sterke technische interesse komen in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in mechanische constructies, productontwikkeling, technische optimalisaties en automatisering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met 3D CAD-software,
  • Bij voorkeur SolidWorks of Inventor, en werkt graag technische ontwerpen uit.
  • Kennis van automatiseringssoftware, programmeerlogica, ERP-systemen en digitale werkprocessen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van FEM-analyses is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen
  • En gaat oplossingsgericht te werk.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt proactief en kan zelfstandig projecten opnemen.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en verschillende projecten efficiënt beheren.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen en externe partners.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands;
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
