Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Heb je interesse in telecom en haal je energie uit het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen?Voor een vestiging in Lier zoeken we een enthousiaste Telecom Adviseur die zelfstandig kan werken en zowel sales als klantenservice belangrijk vindt.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en stapt proactief op hen af om hen verder te helpen.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van klanten en adviseert hen over de telecomproducten en -diensten die het beste bij hun situatie passen.
  • Je zet actief in op verkoop en commerciële doelstellingen, zonder de kwaliteit van je klantenadvies uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je helpt klanten ook met vragen, problemen of aanpassingen aan hun bestaande diensten. Klantenservice (care) is een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe producten, promoties en diensten, zodat je klanten steeds correct kunt informeren.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse winkelwerking. Minstens één dag per week sta je alleen in de winkel.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, resultaatgericht en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief sterk en weet klanten op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel wanneer je alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor de winkel.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het belangrijk om naast verkoop ook een uitstekende service te bieden.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen sales of retail is een sterke troef. Affiniteit met telecomproducten en -diensten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Engels.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en werkt graag samen binnen een klein team.
