Tijdelijke functie als Customer Service Medewerker waarbij telefonie centraal staat (+80% van je takenpakket). Je beantwoordt klantenvragen, volgt dossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte doorverwijzing. Ervaring in telefonische klantenservice is een must.

In deze functie ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Telefonisch contact vormt dan ook de grootste hap uit je takenpakket: meer dan 80% van je werkdag bestaat uit telefonie. Een vlot telefoongesprek voeren, goed luisteren en klanten op een professionele manier verder helpen, zijn voor jou dus vanzelfsprekend. Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het regelmatig telefonisch contacteren en te woord staan van klanten.
  • De opvolging en het beheer van verschillende klantendossiers.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en het bieden van de nodige ondersteuning.
  • Het inschatten van klantenvragen en deze doorverwijzen naar de juiste collega's.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie en een correcte opvolging.

Voor deze functie is ervaring in een gelijkaardige customer service- of telefonische functie een absolute must. We zoeken iemand die zich comfortabel voelt aan de telefoon en met plezier regelmatig klanten opbelt.

Daarnaast:

  • Ben je communicatief sterk en klantgericht.
  • Schakel je vlot tussen verschillende vragen en dossiers.
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en verlies je de opvolging niet uit het oog.
  • Neem je graag initiatief en denk je oplossingsgericht.
  • Ben je onmiddellijk of op korte termijn beschikbaar.
