The posting

In ons bedrijf combineren we meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in transport en logistiek met de persoonlijke aanpak van een familiale KMO. Vanuit de regio Tongeren, organiseren we nationale en internationale transporten, 20.000 m² magazijnruimte, 80 trekkers, 150 opleggers en +100 gemotiveerde medewerkers. Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren collega die graag puzzelt met routes, snel schakelt en mee zorgt voor een vlot en rendabel transport.

  • Je plant en coördineert nationale en internationale import- en exportritten
  • En stippelt efficiënte, rendabele routes uit van onze site tot bij de klant en terug.
  • Je benut je geografische kennis van de Benelux en Duitsland
  • Dit om voor elk transport de beste route en oplossing te bepalen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en chauffeurs
  • En zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en dienstverlening.
  • Je volgt laad- en losopdrachten nauwgezet op
  • En stuurt de planning bij wanneer wijzigingen of onvoorziene omstandigheden zich voordoen.
  • Je bewaakt de wettelijke rij- en rusttijden
  • En zorgt ervoor dat de planning conform de geldende regelgeving verloopt.
  • Je denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht, optimaliseert de transportplanning
  • En schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je zes collega's
  • En draagt bij aan een efficiënte werking van het planningsteam.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in transportplanning
  • En ervaring binnen expeditie
  • Louter administratieve of douane-ervaring volstaat niet.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding
  • Of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Duits, Frans en Engels
  • En schakelt moeiteloos tussen deze talen.
  • Bij voorkeur 2 talen sterk en verder kan je je behelpen
  • Je hebt een sterk geografisch inzicht
  • En kent het wegennetwerk van de Benelux en Duitsland goed.
  • Je redeneert logisch, bent stressbestendig
  • En weet bij wijzigingen snel de juiste beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk
  • En onderhoudt vlot contact met zowel klanten als chauffeurs.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt,
  • Maar ook zelfstandig initiatief neemt.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office;
  • Ervaring met TAS en/of Transics is een pluspunt.
