The posting

  • Provide pharmaceutical care and medication dispensing services to outpatients.
  • Review and verify prescriptions to ensure medication accuracy, safety and appropriate dosing.
  • Counsel patients and caregivers on medication usage, potential side effects and treatment adherence.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support patient care.
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations and provide coverage across different clinic areas when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
  • At least 2 years of pharmacy experience in a private or government hospital.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
