The posting

Contract: 6 Months (Maternity Cover) Salary: $4,500–$4,800/month Vacancies: 1 Working Hours: Any 5 Days (4 Weekdays + 1 Weekend)

  • Rotating Shifts:
  • 8:30am–6pm
  • 10:30am–8:15pm
  • 2:30pm–12am (Transport Claimable)

Job Scope:

  • Oversee daily call centre and customer service operations
  • Handle escalated enquiries and resolve service issues
  • Troubleshoot operational problems and improve workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Support staff training and quality improvement initiatives
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain records

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience required
