We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Bukit Merah Salary: $1600 - $2200 Working hours: Monday - Friday (office hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and guide vendors through PayNow onboarding process
  • Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions.
  • Update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Organised, meticulous, and proactive.

• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
