  • Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities from prototype to mass production and end-of-life.
  • Work with operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.
  • Develop new customers and expand business opportunities.
  • Attend customer visits and trade shows, including overseas travel when required.
