$12.50/hour to $22/hour

1. Program Support & Data Management

- Maintain and update databases for key WAF programs:

a. Friendship Circles (fortnightly engagement sessions)

b. Women Supporting Women (WSW) Mentorship Program (manual pairing of mentors and mentees)

c. CUB Program Engagement (tracking outreach and participation)

d. Yes! Flex Jobs Portal (supporting job listings and user engagement)

e. Better Workplace Initiatives (tracking feedback and participation)

2. Assist in coordinating and mobilizing participants for:

a. To-Gather POW events; IWD

b. CUB Program outreach - mobilizing women leaders

c. WSW mentorship and engagement activities

d. Friendship Circles and other community events

3. Administrative & Event Logistics Support

a. Provide general administrative support for WAF operations, including scheduling, documentation, and procurement.

b. Assist in packing and executing logistics for events, workshops, and campaigns.

c. Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery.

d. Support budget tracking and reporting for program-related expenses.

4. Communications & Social Media Support

a. Supporting the team to assist in drafting and scheduling social media content to promote WAF programs and events.

b. Support the development of outreach materials such as eDMs, posters, and newsletters.

c. Support to coordinate with internal communications teams to align messaging and branding.
