The posting

A public healthcare institution is looking for an Assistant Manager to shape its future campus. You will translate clinical and operational needs into patient-centric built environment solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead planning studies, feasibility assessments and option evaluations for campus development
  • Recommend effective infrastructure and redevelopment solutions
  • Engage stakeholders to define project requirements and development briefs
  • Translate operational, clinical and service needs into functional planning strategies
  • Coordinate consultants, public agencies and multidisciplinary teams
  • Review planning and design proposals for technical, regulatory and strategic compliance
  • Read and interpret design drawings and floor plans
  • Prepare business cases, reports and presentations for management
  • Support governance and decision-making with analysis and recommendations
  • Monitor healthcare planning trends, regulations and best practices

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate or a related discipline and above
  • Experience in planning, project development or facilities projects
  • Able to read design drawings and floor plans
  • Quantity surveying or cost background is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder and consultant management skills
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
