Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial forecasts.
  • Prepare timely financial and management reports to support business decision-making.
  • Perform variance analysis, including actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyse financial information and highlight key trends, risks and areas requiring management attention.

Capital Investment & Business Analysis

  • Support digital transformation and other strategic projects from a finance perspective.
  • Review and evaluate business cases, investments and projects for financial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis to support business and investment decisions.

Governance & Process Improvement

  • Review internal finance processes, systems, policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential business risks and recommend appropriate improvements and controls.
  • Collaborate across departments on initiatives to improve finance processes, efficiency and governance.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal business leads, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative relationships and ensure financial initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Provide finance support and insights to stakeholders where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration (majoring in Accountancy/Finance) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
