🏭 MASS HIRING – 65 VACANCIES AVAILABLE! 💰 Basic Salary: Up to $1,800/month + Attractive Allowances & Incentives 📅 Contract: 6 months, with opportunity for permanent conversion 🕒 Work Schedule: Any 5 days per week | 2 Rotating Shifts

Looking for a stable production role with long-term career opportunities? Join us as a Production Operator and gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing and assembly of surgical instruments and medical products.

With multiple vacancies available, this is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain manufacturing experience and potentially convert to a permanent position!

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and production requirements.
  • Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
  • Identify and report production bottlenecks and product deviations.
  • Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
  • Provide feedback and observations to engineers to support process development and continuous improvement.
  • Follow workplace safety, quality and production procedures.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; candidates with production or manufacturing experience are also welcome.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment.
  • Able to commit to 2 rotating shifts and any 5 working days per week.
  • Hands-on, responsible and able to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months.
