The posting

Treasury Product & Business Support

  • Support day-to-day operations involving structured products, foreign exchange (FX), equities and other Treasury-related initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing product papers, management reports, business presentations and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct market and competitor research on Treasury products, digital wealth solutions and industry best practices.
  • Support product launches, marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives across the Treasury business.

Process Improvement & Change Management

  • Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes and strengthen operational controls.
  • Support automation initiatives and the implementation of new systems, tools and process enhancements.
  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend practical solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain and update management reports and performance dashboards.
  • Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, generate insights and support business improvements.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Risk.
  • Support project planning, execution, testing and post-implementation reviews.
  • Monitor project milestones, track action items and follow up on deliverables.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the implementation of business and system changes.
