Job Overview

An exciting opportunity to join the professional skincare industry, representing a portfolio of skincare products targeted at aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices and medical aesthetics professionals.

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare and aesthetics professionals, and driving sales growth through effective account management and product education.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new business accounts, including aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices and medical spas.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned skincare product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, aestheticians and key decision-makers.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, sales volume and customer loyalty.
  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable professional skincare products and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product knowledge to customers.
  • Support customers in driving product awareness and sell-through through regular engagement and product education.
  • Re-engage inactive accounts and identify opportunities to expand business within the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Execute sales promotions, product launches, workshops and customer engagement activities in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, forecasts and activity reports.
  • Provide timely follow-up and customer support to ensure a positive business relationship.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • Prior sales or business development experience in professional skincare, aesthetics, dermatology, beauty or healthcare-related products will be advantageous.
  • Candidates with proven B2B sales experience in other industries and a genuine interest in skincare are welcome to apply.
  • Strong sales acumen, prospecting and account management capabilities.
  • Confident in engaging doctors, healthcare professionals, clinic owners and business decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
