The posting

A regional broking and financial services group is looking for a Client Services Executive to support its clients with enquiries, online portal navigation and account matters. You will be the friendly, dependable first point of contact for clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle incoming client enquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins
  • Assist clients with login, online portal navigation and account-related questions
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding requests and clarifications
  • Liaise with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve client matters
  • Escalate complex, sensitive or complaint-related cases to the right team members
  • Take ownership of assigned cases through to proper closure
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma in any discipline and above
  • Customer service or client-facing experience is welcome
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Patient, service-minded and able to stay calm with clients
  • Comfortable with online systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong ownership and follow-through
  • Team player who learns quickly
