  • Create engaging and impactful content for internal communication channels, including the HC intranet, internal social media platforms and email broadcasts, to communicate Human Capital (HC) policies and strategies.
  • Draft and edit articles, copywriting materials and training content for internal and external audiences, translating complex HC policies into clear and concise messages.
  • Develop communication and marketing materials to promote learning programmes, work-life initiatives and employee engagement activities across the organisation.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, priorities and communication plans to ensure the successful execution of initiatives and events.
  • Initiate and drive work-life initiatives to enhance employee well-being and workplace engagement.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including town halls, brown-bag sessions and other corporate events.
