📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 3-Year Contract

💼 Responsibilities • Support planning and development of the hospital’s future campus and redevelopment initiatives • Conduct planning studies, feasibility assessments and evaluation of infrastructure options • Engage stakeholders to understand operational, clinical and service requirements • Translate requirements into functional planning strategies and development briefs • Coordinate consultants, public agencies and multidisciplinary project teams • Review design and planning proposals against technical, operational and regulatory requirements • Prepare business cases, reports, presentations and recommendations for management • Monitor healthcare planning trends and industry best practices to support campus development

📝 Requirements • Min. degree in Architecture, Engineering or related Built Environment discipline • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience • QS / Quantity Surveying background or experience advantageous • Planning studies / feasibility assessment experience advantageous • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple priorities within multidisciplinary project environments
