📍 Queenstown 💰 Up to $6,000/month 📅 2-Year Contract

💼 Responsibilities • Manage emergency planning (EP) equipment, consumables, budgets and procurement • Coordinate asset tracking, maintenance and deployment to ensure hospital emergency readiness • Review crisis equipment requirements and support MOH audits and reporting • Review and coordinate hospital Emergency Response Plans and SOPs • Plan and conduct emergency exercises, drills and monthly Fleet Test Exercises • Coordinate stakeholders on emergency preparedness requirements • Support emergency planning for the Integrated General Hospital (IGH) • Work with medical planners, campus planning teams and users on infrastructure requirements • Plan EP equipment requirements and manage procurement timelines • Provide secretariat support for BCM Steering Committee meetings • Support MOH emergency preparedness projects and initiatives

📝 Requirements • Min. Degree in any discipline • Min. 3 years of working experience in the healthcare industry • Healthcare operational experience advantageous • Strong analytical, organisational and quantitative skills • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
