📍 Pasir Panjang 💰 Up to $4,000/month 📅 12-month contract 🕘 Mon–Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales operations with customers and internal teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Manage contracts, orders, purchase orders, billing and payment follow-ups.
  • Track project timelines and maintenance contract renewals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans and financial reports.
  • Monitor credit risks and resolve operational issues

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Has min. 2-3 years of relevant experience .
  • Knowledge of sales support, business operations or finance; IT industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
  • Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills.
