Enjoy interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences? Join a dynamic Leasing & Marketing team and play a key role in helping prospective customers find their ideal living space!

We are seeking a customer-oriented and organised individual to support leasing operations and customer engagement. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, sales support or other client-facing environments who enjoy building relationships and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to prospective customer enquiries and proactively follow up on existing leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
Identify and prioritise interested prospects to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
Coordinate property viewings, consultations and appointments for prospective customers.
Maintain accurate customer profiles, interaction records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure potential customers receive consistent engagement.
Provide administrative and operational support for leasing and marketing activities.
Assist with marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives and promotional events.
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, telesales, healthcare, sales support or related customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, organised and able to work independently.
Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive customer follow-ups.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience will be an advantage.
