Customer Service Executive | Insurance | 2-Month Contract

📍 Location: Marina One, Singapore 📅 Contract Period: 16 November 2026 – 15 January 2027 👥 Hiring: 3 openings 🏢 Industry: Life Insurance Salary up to 2500

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform basic checks on customer transactions and ensure forms and documents are completed accurately.
  • Meet customers in person when required to explain insurance product features, benefits and available options.
  • Engage customers who are considering surrendering their policies, understand their concerns and explain suitable alternatives where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled smoothly.
  • Escalate unusual cases, discrepancies and complex enquiries when necessary.
  • Provide general customer service and administrative support.
