We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Digital Banking Ambassadors at a university-based banking outlet. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, digital banking and sales while being part of a vibrant and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, creating a friendly and positive customer experience.
  • Promote digital banking products, including savings accounts and debit cards.
  • Share product knowledge and explain banking features, benefits and ongoing promotions.
  • Assist customers with digital account opening and application submissions, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Encourage new customer sign-ups and contribute towards daily acquisition targets.
  • Address basic banking enquiries and guide customers to the appropriate support channels when necessary.
  • Ensure all customer onboarding activities comply with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a neat, organised and presentable branch environment.
  • Participate in roadshows and promotional activities when required.
