Looking to gain hands-on marketing experience with a global medical technology company? Join us as a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support patient marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia!

Key Responsibilities

  • Create patient-education blog articles and website content on laser vision correction using AI tools, following briefs, SEO keywords, and healthcare advertising guidelines.
  • Adapt and resize marketing materials for different Southeast Asian markets.
  • Design simple social media and event visuals.
  • Support doctor events and congresses by preparing materials, invitations, shipments, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Coordinate clinic requests for marketing collateral.
  • Track content, video, and website project timelines, follow up on approvals, and maintain organised files.
  • Assist with purchase order and invoice tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good written communication and content creation skills.
