Location: West Working Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours

Job Scope:

  • Oversee hospital hospitality services and daily operations
  • Manage vendor contracts, compliance and service performance
  • Monitor service KPIs, conduct audits and resolve operational issues
  • Manage procurement, budgets, billing and inventory
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with service providers
  • Drive process improvements and support hospital projects

Requirements:

  • Recognised Degree, preferably in Healthcare / Hospitality or related discipline
