Job Scope:

  • Attend to guests and handle general enquiries
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle guest requests and coordinate with hotel departments
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Provide professional customer service

Requirements:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Able to commit for 2 months
  • Available to start immediately
