🚨 Healthcare Executive Assistant / Care Coordinator | Up to $3,500/month

📍 Jurong East 💰 Up to $3,500/month 📅 8-Month Contract 🕘 Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–6pm | Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm

Your Role

  • Coordinate patient enrolment and follow up on outstanding responses.
  • Monitor virtual chatbot interactions and escalate patient concerns to the clinical team.
  • Manage appointments, referrals and communication between patients and healthcare teams.
  • Maintain patient records, update tracking systems and prepare reports.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth daily operations.
