The posting

A well-established group with a growing healthcare business is looking for a Healthcare Manager to drive clinical and technology initiatives, with a focus on rehabilitation. You will work with clinicians, IT teams and external partners to turn ideas into well-executed projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the group's clinical (especially rehabilitation-focused) and non-clinical projects by working with internal and external stakeholders, IT teams, partners and vendors
  • Understand project requirements and facilitate implementation from planning to rollout
  • Plan and oversee internal and collaborative research projects from design to completion
  • Support clinicians in developing rehabilitation-focused SOPs and digitalisation workplans
  • Develop presentation materials and proposals to support tender projects
  • Draft SOPs to support project execution and ensure adherence to timelines and standards
  • Monitor project progress and escalate status, risks and potential challenges
  • Support new healthcare strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives
  • Lead stakeholder engagements across clinical, technology and business teams
  • Take on other duties to support the healthcare team as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or a related allied health discipline and above
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as an allied health professional, ideally in public healthcare
  • Exposure to population health, research, partnerships or innovation projects
  • Project management experience, including leading stakeholder engagements and drafting proposals or presentations
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong interest in technology and digitalisation
  • Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
