Job Overview

An opportunity to be part of Singapore's growing primary healthcare sector, supporting the smooth and efficient operations of a healthcare facility.

Working closely with the Clinic Management Team and various multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will oversee clinic administrative operations, coordinate resources, improve patient service delivery and support operational improvement initiatives.

The role also provides exposure to healthcare transformation projects and national healthcare initiatives focused on improving population health and community care.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage administrative functions including manpower scheduling, patient flow, inventory and facilities coordination.
  • Work closely with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and service teams to support seamless clinic operations.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflows and service standards.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies, new initiatives and service improvement projects.
  • Participate in quality improvement and service excellence initiatives to enhance patient and staff experience.
  • Assist with workforce planning, manpower optimisation and resource allocation.
  • Support learning and development initiatives and operational training activities.
  • Contribute to service and digital transformation projects, including workflow redesign and process improvements.
  • Participate in the planning and development of new healthcare facilities and operational readiness activities.
  • Support business continuity planning, emergency preparedness and operational risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and relevant partners to support broader healthcare and community care initiatives.

Who Should Apply

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Passion for healthcare operations and improving patient experience.
  • Prior healthcare experience is not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.
