A leading financial services organisation is looking for an HR Operations Associate to own end-to-end employee life cycle operations. You will keep people processes accurate, compliant and efficient while partnering closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage employee life cycle transactions, including onboarding, employee movements, promotions and offboarding
  • Handle work pass administration and leave administration in line with MOM requirements
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and documentation
  • Respond to employee and manager queries professionally and within agreed service levels
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with company policies and employment legislation
  • Support audit reviews, operational risk management and process controls
  • Drive operational process improvements, including reporting, automation and HRIS-enabled enhancements
  • Prepare HR reports and data extracts for management and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
  • Support ad-hoc People Operations projects and initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline and above
  • 3 to 5 years of HR Operations experience, with hands-on employee life cycle exposure
  • Experience in financial services, insurance or banking is preferred
  • Familiarity with MOM regulatory requirements, process controls and audit reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail, with accuracy in high-volume transactions
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes
