Working Hours: Mon to Friday, 8:30 - 6pm

Salary budget based on highest education: GCE N level $1,600 GCE O level $1,700 Nitec $1,800 A level/ Higher Nitec $1,900 Diploma $2,000 Undergrad $2,200

Position: Temp Associate, AP – Paynow Onboarding

Responsibilities: • Contact and guide vendors through PayNow onboarding process • Check forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy. • Handle vendor enquiries and follow up on outstanding submissions. • Update PayNow UEN/NRIC details in SAP S/4HANA. • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: • Good communication and customer service skills. • Organised, meticulous, and proactive. • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Able to start immediately.
