The posting

A global life sciences company is looking for an Inventory Support Specialist to manage daily inventory operations on site. You will keep stock accurate, organised and replenished.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving and put-away
  • Carry out stock replenishment to keep supply running smoothly
  • Track inventory movements accurately in the system
  • Perform cycle counts and investigate variances
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and records
  • Coordinate with logistics, suppliers and internal teams on deliveries
  • Prepare simple inventory and transaction reports
  • Support stock issuance to internal users
  • Follow safety, quality and housekeeping procedures
  • Support ad hoc logistics tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma or equivalent and above
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics or warehouse operations
  • Familiar with inventory or ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and able to follow procedures
  • Able to work independently
