The posting

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform home visits to chronic illness and palliative care patients who have been referred.
  • Conduct nursing assessments on patients.
  • Coordinate with doctors for medical assessments and follow-up visits.
  • Monitor patients’ current medication and compliance with doctors’ prescriptions.
  • Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, urinary catheter insertion, nasogastric tube insertion and care of tubings, as required.
  • Initiate nursing care plans and implement new management measures.
  • Educate caregivers and family members on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuity of care at home.

Requirements

  • Palliative care training or homecare experience required.
  • Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and BCLS certification.
  • Working location: East side, with transportation covered by company
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
  • Locum: 2–4 days per week, $32 per case.
  • Permanent: Basic salary of up to $3,900.
  • Permanent staff on-call allowance: $70 on weekdays and $95 on weekends.
