The posting

  • Coordinate inter-company orders and monitor outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.
  • Prepare import and export documentation in compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce freight costs.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain order and transaction records.
  • Prepare inventory, forecast and delivery reports.
