The posting

A new public hospital is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead its allied health and clinical hiring. You will shape how the hospital attracts, inducts and engages talent, working closely with department heads and the HR leadership team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for allied health and clinical roles
  • Partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and hiring plans
  • Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract talent
  • Manage job postings, career fairs and campus and community outreach
  • Oversee candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding
  • Administer recruitment policies, compensation and benefits processes
  • Provide advice and support to departments on talent attraction and retention
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and manpower reporting
  • Support staff engagement, wellness and recognition programmes
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members
  • Participate in HR projects and events as assigned

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business or a related discipline and above
  • Several years of HR experience with a strong recruitment focus
  • Experience hiring for healthcare or allied health roles is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment channels and employer branding
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to lead initiatives and manage multiple priorities
  • Data-driven and comfortable with HR reporting
  • Professional, empathetic and service-oriented
