Job Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and network security appliances.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity products such as firewall, endpoint security, NAC, IDS/IPS and other network security solutions.
  • Perform product installation, configuration, integration, testing and troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • Conduct network assessment, identify technical issues and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, migration and maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment reports and configuration records.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in network engineering, infrastructure deployment or technical support.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, routing, switching and firewall technologies.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity product deployment and integration.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet or equivalent will be advantageous.
