Job Responsibilities

  • Assess seniors’ needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
  • Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve daily living skills and independence.
  • Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support seniors' well-being.
  • Guide and train care staff on therapy activities and exercises.
  • Monitor clients’ progress and adjust therapy plans when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and client records.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working with seniors, rehabilitation, or community care settings is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about helping seniors improve their quality of life.
