We are hiring Part-Time Beauty Advisors to be outsourced to our client from a reputable beauty organization.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Understand customers’ beauty needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup or beauty products.

- Provide product demonstrations and personalised beauty consultations.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches, promotions and beauty trends.

- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits and purchases.

- Maintain attractive and well-organised counter and store displays.

- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and general housekeeping.

- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.

Requirements

- Able to commit to a 4-month part-time contract, from ASAP until 28 February 2027.

- Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, including at least one Saturday or Sunday, based on business needs.

- Flexible and able to adapt to varying workdays and hours.

- Must be available during Black Friday and the Christmas peak period.

- Able to work late shifts ending at 11.00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and the eve of public holidays.

- Prior retail, sales and cashiering experience is required; beauty industry experience is preferred.

- Working location: Marina Bay Sands

- Working hours: 8.25 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour break.
