Looking for a meaningful role where you can put your customer service and administrative skills to good use? Join a healthcare team where you can support daily clinic operations, assist patients and help create a smooth, pleasant healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and register patients while ensuring accurate patient information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist consultation referrals.
  • Process payments and attend to patient enquiries professionally.
  • Handle patient feedback and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout the patient journey.
  • Assist at health monitoring stations by taking patients' height, weight and blood pressure according to the assigned roster.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualifications.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital systems for patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment processing.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, patient-focused attitude.
  • Able to communicate professionally and handle patient enquiries with care and patience.
