The posting

Location: Asia Square (Near Shenton Way MRT)

Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm / 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of fixtures agreed by the broking team;
  • Other duties will include assisting the other members of the team in post-fixture operational, chartering and S&P activities, as may be required;
  • Collection, maintenance and analysis of market information including: vessel positions, fixture information, sale and purchase transactions;
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly market reports;
  • Client liaison and general office duties; and
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Those without experience may apply as training will be provided
