Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 845 - 545

Salary: Up to $5500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle motor insurance claims, including Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property/Injury Claims, and recoveries.
  • Liaise with policyholders, insurers, lawyers, adjusters, workshops, and other stakeholders.
  • Process and settle claims promptly in accordance with company guidelines and service standards.
  • Review and approve claim payments within authorised limits.
  • Coordinate with solicitors on legal proceedings, liability assessments, and claim settlements.
  • Monitor claim recoveries, review reserves, and update claim statuses.
  • Advise underwriters on policy breaches, claims experience, and related matters.
  • Guide junior staff and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
