Location: Loyang Drive

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:18pm

Salary: Up to $7800 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Plan manpower allocation, work schedules and overtime to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production performance, productivity and resource utilisation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and technical specifications.
  • Lead, train and supervise production teams, including performance evaluations and staff development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and process optimisation.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve production and quality issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of production experience, preferably within Aerospace/MRO, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in production/shop floor operations and manpower management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
