🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🛍️ Assist customers with their enquiries and recommend suitable retail healthcare and wellness products within your scope of responsibility.
  • 💊 Support the daily operations of the pharmacy, including product replenishment, stock arrangement and shelf display.
  • 🧾 Handle cashiering duties and process customer transactions accurately.
  • 📦 Monitor stock levels, check product expiry dates and maintain proper inventory records.
  • ✨ Keep the pharmacy clean, organised and welcoming for customers.
  • 🤝 Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualifications.
  • Good customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • A keen interest in healthcare, pharmacy retail and wellness products.
  • Meticulous, responsible and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team.
